James was really helpful 👏 took care of my needs ,

Ended up getting a great deal on my flights but it a bit of a hassle. First flight i booked i called to find out that they were full. I was assisted by James (ex 105) who was very patient and polite but had to book another flight for an extra $700! (not sure if that's the regular spiel or not) They should have honored the initial booking price but i didn't have much of an option bc the same flights on the airlines website and my regular third party booking website any everywhere else i looked were astronomical. I was kept on hold twice for some time and seemed a little dodgy the whole time but i was assured by James who stayed in constant contact until the moment i received my ticket number. ( i received the confirmation right away but had to wait for the ticket number the next day) Called James the next day and he got me my ticket number right away. Overall im glad i booked. Thank you James
