Traveler's ChoiceReviews of travelerchoice.com

Should have covered the shipping for warranty of their crappy production of products. On two separate occasions, I submitted a warranty claim, and one they admitted the defect and waived the shipping, and the other they charged me. So I guess it’s all in the customer service representative that helps you, which makes no sense. I am in no way responsible for the defect, but I’m getting charged $25 for shipping for no reason other than they don’t have a quality control process when manufacturing suitcases in bulk.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive customer service and warranty team! I'm grateful for the assistance and resolution provided. The experience alone is a reason to continue supporting the brand. CX/CS is the heart of a company, and the team members who helped me are truly top-notch. Thank you!

Disappointing quality and functionality I’ve owned the Traveler’s Choice Ultimax II for two years now and wanted to share my experience because there are several things I wish I had known before purchasing. The suitcase is a good size, but it gets heavy quickly and is difficult to maneuver on uneven surfaces. The handle design is particularly awkward. The durability has also been disappointing. I’ve only flown with the suitcase twice, yet it is already heavily scratched, even with the protective casing. The casing itself makes the suitcase more cumbersome to use, so it was frustrating to still see this level of scratching. It is also uncomfortable to carry. The bottom lip is made of hard, sharp plastic that digs into your fingers when the suitcase is heavily packed, and the top handle is rigid and can pinch your fingers when carrying it upstairs. After years of use, I’m disappointed with the overall design, durability, and functionality. I wish I had stuck with my tried-and-true AWAY suitcase, and I would not purchase this one again.

Traveler’s Choice is not only a GREAT BRAND but their Customer Service is phenomenal. I have been using their suitcases to travel to many countries over 10 years and the wheels just finally going apart, which was easily replaceable. Their products are of great quality and I love them. Forever Customer, Petrece Smith

We had a problem with the handle not extending anymore and they replaced the suitcase! great communication and company!

Fantastic response from customer Service and was also very helpful with a warranty claim. My product suffered damage on a recent trip.

No issue to get my suitcase replaced when broken but took over a month to get an approval.

Customer service did great job helping me get the right product
