I remember traveling on the 337 bus with mum iThe driver I can recall was Richard. He drove so professionally and was friendly so my mum asked me to write a good review about him. He was super helpful. Keep it up Richard.

I reported my pass lost, and contacted them immediately to cancel the replacement request. Instead of being helpful, they rushed to cancel my original card, charged me £20 for a duplicate, and then failed to deliver it. Two days after they claimed it would arrive, I am still without a card, paying out of pocket for daily travel. They seem more interested in rigid, irreversible protocols than actually ensuring a long-term customer can commute. Completely inflexible and disappointing experience.
