I have been attending mat classes for 6…
I have been attending mat classes for 6 months now and have improved so much in my Yoga practice. I have gotten so much stronger and have learned so much from each instructor. I feel right at home when I come into the facility. My time at the studio has become a great addition to my life. I am excited to have a place when I can focus on my body, mind, and spirit throughout the week.

Love seeing you Michelle 💕 your dedication is inspiring. I’m so happy you feel at home in Tranquility because that is what I’m trying to create. And you will learn something different from each of the instructors, they are all beautiful and teach different ways so it’s always a learning experience.
