Trajector Medical is a Veteran-owned, BBB-accredited company that helps veterans with disabilities document their conditions to show the service connection and real impact on their lives when they seek to qualify for VA disability benefits. Many veterans live with pain, fatigue, mobility limits, or other symptoms that affect them daily, yet medical records are often incomplete or difficult to piece together, failing to connect the military service, the conditions, and the current limitations on basic functions. Trajector Medical bridges these gaps. Licensed medical professionals review existing records, speak with veterans about their service and symptoms, assess how conditions are related to their military service, and identify how they affect routine activities. Veterans receive organized medical documentation including opinions, assessments, and medical and scientific research, supporting more complete records and confidence that their story is reflected when pursuing a VA rating.
Trajector Medical (trajectormedical.com) has 105 customer reviews on The Fair Hearing, with an average rating of 4.3 out of 5.

Hi Jerry, thank you for your kind words and sharing your experience. We're happy you found our team supportive. - Katie
Trajector is a scam. They email and text you a day and time they will call. And you wait by your phone all day and don't hear from them. It's totally BS if you ask me.I think they just try to get us vets hooked on their gimmick. They should be reported to the BBB. As a matter of fact I'll file a complaint with them

Hi Angela, congratulations, and thank you for your review! We're so glad we could help. - Katie
High-pressure sales pitches to take advantage of people looking for earned benefits. You do not need this company to get you the benefits that you earned. I did the process on my own after the insulting high-pressure sales pitches.
