I found the training to be lacking. It all started off with a bad experience due to COVID, and I know that was outside their control. They wanted to change the project to a 1:1 web based meeting. The instructor appeared to lack an understanding of the information being presented. If the answer wasn't on the slide, then she struggled to provide an answer.

Didn't know the location of the course until the last minute....Instructor was late on the first day and we were calling to see if there was even a course!!!!!! We did not have our books for the course. Had to call in during the training to find out where the book are!!! Even then on the second day we got a photocopy ... Total chaos... I request that you allow us to retake the course free of charge and this time really planned and prepared...

I’m sorry you’ve had to attend the training without books and being our trainer being unprofessional in maintaining punctuality. I can definitely see how frustrating the experience.
