I have given one star rating because of two things. 1- I bought the big three indicator and robot, the indicator worked perfectly but the robot didn’t work at all at MetaTrader 4 so I sent an email telling you about the problem you tried to convince me that there is no problem with the robot, after that I have recorded a video prove that your robot not working at MetaTrader 4 and sent it you by email and Facebook messages and I didn’t hear from you which mean your (money back guarantee is just a slogan and you don’t really keep you promises). 2- poor support you need two to three days to reply or answer a question. Update: ( the manager Ben Losier reach to me and helped solving the robot issue )

Hi Since using trading strategy guides I have improved my trades tremendously. My understanding is clearer on all concepts and I find that I enjoy trading even more than ever before.

Too many emails come out every day. If you ask a specific question about a product - you will get back a generic answer - or - no answer Did I mention - every day 3/4/5 emails come out - most of the emails have same information -- too much junk
