Hi Jay, We start executing trades in about 20ms after receiving a webhook from TradingView. I found your account and reviewed the logs. The delay you experienced wasn’t on the TradersPost side…it was between TradingView sending the webhook and us receiving it. Once we received the signal, we began processing it almost immediately. I tried to contact you as well but did not receive a response. If you’d like, I’d be happy to share the timestamps from the logs with you and you can see these logs in your account as well. Thanks, Jon

Hi Jordan, We offer support 7 days a week. I reviewed your account and confirmed that we responded to all of your support requests, but we didn’t receive any follow up after our replies. If you’re still having an issue, we’re happy to help. Thanks, Jon

Hi Ron, we’re sorry to hear you’ve had a frustrating experience. From your review, it’s difficult to tell exactly what issue you ran into. If you could reach out to our support team with your account details and an explanation of what happened, we’d be happy to investigate. We respond 7 days a week and will do our best to get to the bottom of it. Thanks, Jon
