Coming back here after almost 2months of purchasing account with the company to read traders experience after being denied a payout is bad. They claimed i violated their Grid trading rules which states that you cannot open 3 or more trades on the same pair in the same direction at the same time,,,,,,I opened 2 trades on the same pair in the same direction but different time then I left the trade till the next day before adding another 1 trade making it 3 trade on the same pair in the same direction but different time but they said the violation there is THERE ARE RUNNING AT THE SAME TIME,,,, Well I take accountability on this, it's my fault that my payout was denied but I still have one account with them ,we will see how it goes, from now till the end of the account I will be taking one trade at a time but am scared by what people are saying about them.

They are scammers, they deactivated my account for not been active only for one week, their message indicates that I have not been active for 30 days which is the capital lie. I bought an instant account of 3k only lost one trade which is 1% of the account. My friend wardned I didn't listen. DON'T FALL VICTIM LIKE ME!!!!

Bad experience.... I advice everyone don't work with it ...they will open demo account to you and will find any reason to inactive your account and don't pay out your profits ... They are not with you and will not help you .... The matter for them is pay to them and don't care about you . there are hidden rules , commission and unacceptable rules . Dashboard account not updated and has wrong numbers. Support in site didn't responding and respose only in what's up applicattion . Again .... Don't treat with them . They will open demo account .

I submitted a withdrawal request for account #10123 on June 11. I have strictly followed all trading rules. Support previously confirmed that my payment would be processed by Monday, but they have now stopped responding to my inquiries. It has been four days since my request, which exceeds the promised timeframe. I am seeking immediate processing of my earnings. Avoid this firm if you value your time and capital." Update: After requesting my payout and posting my honest review, the firm has just retaliated by completely deactivating my account #10123 without providing any reason or trading violation proof. I possess solid evidence, including full screenshots of every single trade and its exact date, proving 100% compliance. This confirms they are a scam pulling an exit plan."

شركة نصابة لا انصح بل تعامل معها رفضو دفعتي وأغلقو الحساب انهم نصابين

Thank you for your response. However, your reply is very general and does not address my specific case. You claim that my withdrawal was denied due to a hedging violation. I have already clearly explained that the trades you referenced were executed on different dates and times and were not open simultaneously. As per standard trading definitions, hedging requires simultaneous opposite positions, which did not occur in my account. If your decision is based on actual data, then please provide: - Exact timestamps showing both trades were open at the same time - Clear evidence of overlapping positions - The specific rule clause that applies in this situation So far, no such proof has been provided. Also, I was allowed to complete all trading requirements, KYC, and withdrawal process without any warning or restriction. Raising a violation only at the payout stage is highly concerning. I have already contacted your support multiple times and provided full details, yet no proper clarification has been given. I request a transparent and evidence-based response instead of general statements. Until then, this issue remains unresolved.

Trades they mentioned were on different days — not simultaneous — so NOT hedging. They delayed my withdrawal multiple times (KYC issue, waiting time, weekends) and rejected it at the final stage. This is a clear payout denial tactic. I have full proof and screenshots. Avoid this company. FACT: These trades were placed and closed on completely different days. They were NOT open at the same time. This is NOT hedging by any professional trading definition. This clearly shows: - They allow you to pass everything - They delay you again and again - And at the final stage, they deny payout using fake violations They could not provide any proof of simultaneous trades. I have full evidence: - Trade history with timestamps - KYC approval proof - Withdrawal screenshots - All chat and email conversations .

Title: Withdrawal Denied with False Hedging Claim – Beware I purchased a $200,000 instant funded account from TradePro Funded and completed all requirements including KYC and trading days. When I requested my first withdrawal, they delayed the process multiple times with different excuses: - Portal not updated - Trading days requirement changed - KYC showing pending despite approval - Asked to wait 48 hours, then 24 hours, then weekend delay Finally, when I submitted my withdrawal, they rejected it by claiming a “hedging violation.” The trades they mentioned (#54890943 and #55013077) were executed and closed on completely different days and times. There were no simultaneous opposite positions, so this is NOT hedging. They failed to provide any proof of overlapping trades and only used this excuse at the withdrawal stage. This is a clear pattern of delaying and denying payouts. I have all screenshots, trade history, and communication proof. I strongly advise traders to stay away from this company.
