They scammed me out of $3000.00
They scammed me out of $3000.00. I went through the whole process to get my trademark. They contacted me and said to get to the final step I needed to pay an additional 1500.00 and we would have our trademark. After we paid it a member of our team noticed that it said our trademark was dead and abandoned. That we abandoned it after we paid them over 3000.00 from start to finish. They ghosted us they wont answer emails. I tried contacting them by phone. I did get several people on the phone and they were rude and not helpful. They lied and said the status would change within 72 hours. It didn't. So don't use a 3rd party to get trademarked. If you don't go through USTPO you are being scammed
