The process was made very easy.

Trademark Elite handled the final process and was able to get approval without much effort on my part. I provided the documentation and examples they had requested and they handled everything from that point forward. They were quick to respond to my inquiries on Trademark status. I never had to wait more than a day for any updates. Overall they were excellent and easy to work with. The only suggestion I would have, is that they be more proactive with providing updates on the progress of the Trademark status and not wait for me to ask.
