Worst experience ever.
Well, they will stress you a lot. I use Amazon frequently and often end up with Airmee delivery due to their fast estimated delivery times. However, in reality, this service causes far more stress and wasted time than convenience. My building requires an electronic fob/key to enter, so I always leave very detailed instructions: if you cannot get inside, simply call or text me, and I will come right down to open the door. Furthermore, knowing how unreliable the delivery often is, I now make a point to track the driver in the app, go downstairs, and wait right outside the main door as soon as it says the driver is nearby. Out of about 20 deliveries, only around TWO have actually been successful: 1. One driver somehow managed to access the building. 2. One time I met the driver outside just as he was about to call me, so I held the door for him. In almost all other cases (about 90% of the time!), I simply receive a notification saying "We couldn't deliver your package", even though nobody ever arrived or tried to contact me. I was standing outside waiting the entire time—no delivery van drove up, and nobody called or sent an SMS. The entire promise of fast, convenient delivery is completely ruined when you have to waste your time standing on the street waiting for a driver who doesn't even bother to read instructions or actually show up. I am extremely disappointed with this service and will actively try to avoid Airmee whenever I order from Amazon.
