Hi Toni! I'm so sorry you had a poor experience with TrackaLacker and would never want you to pay for something you didn't find useful. If you'd like to reach out via our contact page or [email protected], I'd gladly refund the full cost of your subscription. Unfortunately because retailers are dropping very small amounts of inventory and many of these products are being purchased by bots and then scalped, sometimes an alert goes out and then immediately sells out by the time you get there. The other thing that can happen is some retailers do regional drops, so it may be available in some stores and not others. As I said, let me know if you'd like to chat further via email and we can refund everything you've paid.
