Overall the meals are good and there's a nice selection every week. Also the quality of the food is good. The oven concept with the menu cards with codes is genius. So easy to use. My biggest complaint would be the portion sizes. They are small and don't fill a grown working man. I really wish they would increase the portion sizes.

With 45+ meals on the menu each week, meals range in protein variety and side variety which can affect how filling it may be for different people. Another great option is our Extras. meals are good--just too many for me in a two-week period.

We offer meal plans for 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 16 meals/week. You can change your meal plan size in the Tovala app or on our website at www.tovala.com. Our phone hours are 9 AM - 7 PM CT Monday-Thursday and 9 AM - 6 PM CT Friday

Most food choices are worth the price, some are not. Extra charges for steak, ribs, or salmon are too high in some cases. I am not a fan of filet mignon and if I must pay an additional charge, I prefer NY strip steak.

Best meal service I have ever used and trust me. I have used a lot of of them. The meals are super simple, and extremely tasty. I am a bit of a foodie and I still love all of the things that they offer. Try them you won’t be disappointed.

Being disabled and husband in failing health we were living on take out which is not good. Every meal we've tried with tovala has been great and is so much better for us. The oven is awesome you can do everything with it including cooking your own food. Thank you guys for solving a huge issue for us.
