Items arrived quicker than expected. Pleasantly surprised since shipping was free. This combined with the 15% off Christmas coupon was a great deal. Alpha PF-2 forged wedge heads are great quality and great design.

Could easily have given a 5 star review. Coustomer service was wonderful and delivery was quick!! However there were issues with the correct items being sent twice. Issues were resolved and shipped same day on both. I will continue to use them for further needs.

Order to Fresno. Sales people are very efficient and the delivery is fast even to France. Good prices and you can find items that you can not find everywhere else. Good job

Not only have I not received an order I placed and was told had shipped 9 days ago, when I spoke to them I was basically told that things get lost sometimes in the mail and eventually it should get to me. Furthermore I have tried to contact them several times and only get their answering machine ( during regular buisness hours) . The customer service at this online store is terrible...at this point I am out the money I paid with no golf shaft. According to them it’s not their problem, all of the shipping companies have lost their products before so just be patient! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Order was for 3 shafts and 1 custom built shaft. The 3 shafts were delivered quickly, but the custom built shaft appears to be delayed between distribution centers and they are still trying to deliver it! We did open a case, with the shipping company, as soon as customer brought it to our attention that the package had stopped moving. We informed customer that we would build and ship another custom shaft for him if the package did not get delivered. Apparently, we are supposed to have a magical power to fix problems in the shipping companies transportation system. But at the end of the day the whole Buyer Beware is nothing more than a childish rant. We are trying to see where the package is, we are working with the carrier. We have informed the customer of our actions and of the fact that if the package is completely lost then we will build him another and ship it to him. I'm a little late getting back to this review but we built and shipped the customer a new one and he has received it.
The order was not filled because they did not have the goods in stock as advertised and had to wait more than a week before it was shipped. Too late for me to collect before I left UK. Butch was very polite but it was not his fault.

When selling on multiple different selling sites(Amazon, Ebay, Sears, Walmart.. etc.) product shortages sometimes happen. But, that was not the real issue in this case. After expediting our restock order we discovered that customer was traveling on vacation. When we found that out we had to cancel the order and refund his money because the order would never have made it through UK customs, and the Import Fees paid, quickly enough to catch his flight onward to his next destination. UPS and Fedex would not even give us a quote to his hotel address; only USPS would 'with no guarantee of delivery by date'. Would have cancelled order immediately after receiving it, with apologies, if we had known he was traveling on a tight schedule. This is certainly one of the most unusual circumstances we have had to deal with. Probably not the best idea to order from another Country while traveling on a tight schedule. We do apologize though for not being able to meet your expectations. We strive to provide excellent products and customer service to all of our customers.
