These guys rock! I made a mistake ordering and they pulled it out of shipping and I ordered something else.

These people could not have been nicer or more helpful. They did not have everything in stock that was advertised on EBay, but they helped me work around the problem to come to a very satisfactory solution.

Excellent communication and follow up

You advertised a Mitsubishi DAYTONA shaft which I ordered but was then told days later was unavailable for distribution in the United States. Order was cancelled. In the future please do not market product you can not get.

Received different flex shaft than what I've ordered. Contacted the shop twice to let them know, but haven’t heard back. Edit on 11/30: Shortly after posting review I was contacted and given return label. They said they somehow missed my email (right...lol). I sent it back the same day and now it's the same thing all over. No response to my email asking for ETA, no replacement shaft. Return was delivered on 11/20. Would give ZERO stars if possible.

Personnel were helpful when contacted via phone. Shaft and adapter arrived in good time.

Excellent customer service and fast shipping. I recommend.
