TouchSuite and Fiserv keep blaming each other and seem completely unaware of what is happening. My funds have been held for nearly a month with no valid explanation. Every time I contact support, I get a different answer. No one takes responsibility, and no one provides a clear payout date.. If you value your business and cash flow, stay away from this company‼️ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ → 1 Star

Robin displayed great patience and customer service! She was very kind. I had to call back after the first conversation and she had the same demeanor - let's not forget the humor which helped me not feel like a complete idiot! Thank you Robin!

If you’re looking to save money and have a stress-free experience, I strongly recommend going with a different payment processing company. The decades of experience and 50,000+ client base are not reflective of the quality of service offered. There’s nothing that sets them apart from the countless other companies offering similar services. In fact, I’d say a team of chimpanzees could deliver a better product.

Worst possible experience ever, they withheld my money and ghosted me.

Very unprofessional. Communicating with their clients is terrible at best. They are holding over 120k from our company and refuse to release it.

Horrible experience. They are not to be trusted

Unprofessional My experience with touchsuite was nothing short of a nightmare. Not only was the system difficult to use and unreliable, but it also managed to steal money from me. I had several instances where the system would incorrectly process my transactions, resulting in me losing money without any explanation or resolution from customer service. Do not trust your hard-earned money with a company that cannot be trusted to handle transactions with integrity and honesty. Avoid touchsuite at all cost!!!
