This is the worse phone company ever the free phones off the street is better then this bs throw the whole company away, I will be changing my sevice next month🤦🏽‍♀️it only got a star cause I had to in order to write a review y'all is trash

Since day 1 there has been problems on top of problems it is by far the worst phone service company I have been with EVER!!

I have been with total for over 9 years. I'm that 9 years I have barley been able to understand the LIES that come out of the support reps mouth, I've had my number changed and had to fight for HOURS to get it back, and most recently I've tried paying my bill 3 times tonight (all times said successful) I see the money in my wallet and yet my phone is still off. I'm BEYOND PISSED OFF. So help me this better only come out of my account once and honestly after all this time I think you should give me a free month. There is NO reason my phone should be off right now. I'm seriously over total wireless and their crash service.

Networks drops, foreign tech support, and wild guesses from support on what is wrong. Data issue, with no internet

This is the WORST wireless company I've ever worked with. If you want 5 minute activities to take you hours, than this service is perfect for you. The website is like being on AOL, because the pages hardly load, so you HAVE to use customer service to do ANYTHING, including purchases. The will drop you and transfer you after waiting and verifying your account with someone else as well. It has been a nightmare using Total Wireless. I'm SO HAPPY to be done with them'

I spent Over an hour on the phone with someone to setup my new account. The woman kelp asking for the same info more than 5 times. She was hateful and said she would call me when she had set it up. After 4 hrs I activated my service with the online service in less than 20 minutes. P.S. she didn't call me back.

Total unreliable major multiple dropped calls and lost of signal or ability to connect to network or make calls or get the phone to work or use . Was with them two months. I thought tracphone was bad this made them look good on the level and extent of horrible it was . Date was last day with

If I could give a -100 I would. This is the worst service I have ever received in my life. All of the customer service staff are completely incompetent. I went to totalwireless.com to pay my bill. I was one dollar short even though I only paid what it said I owed they turned off my service and I have not had a phone for two weeks. They disconnected my phone number and have not been able to retrieve it back. They are absolutely horrible miserable people. I would advise anybody thinking about total wireless to think of something else. Go anywhere anywhere else run as fast as you can sincerely pissed off person.
