Good products, horrible service.
Honestly, their products are great. But their customer service went down the drain big time. I've been a customer for about 2 years and in that time have probably spent over $15k on Tossware cups (as well as referred countless customers). In the beginning, my rep was incredible (shoutout to Joy!) and they offered a truly white glove service with their wholesale program. But as time went on, I was assigned a new rep, prices went up, fee are constantly tacked on, they became less accommodating, overall service has degraded and they almost make me feel like they don't want my business. Sad to see this happen to a company I used to love.
