Absolutely horrible experience. The wallet i ordered said it was delivered to Kansas City USA when I ordered it from Sweden and put in the right shipping address and everything. No response from them whatsoever, complete rip off.

I’m very disappointed with the shipping process. About 3 weeks after my order I didn’t receive any feedback. I’ve called the company representative and he told me the he just got the information the the package was lost. I suspect that they didn’t send it at all. Two days later I got a notification by mail that the package was sent. The order was placed on September 28th. Now it’s October 27th and the package is still on its way

They sent me the wrong order. The order slipped on the inside was obviously to someone in New Hampshire instead of my address in South Carolina. The only way to get in touch with them was through (E-mail) and I emailed them and also tried to contact them through the Shop app and never heard anything back from them at all and there doesn’t seem to be any other way to get in touch with them. I tried to buy a very expensive leather phone case and instead just got a piece of leather which was meant for some other reason.

Bought a wallet and delivered wrong product so I had to contact customer service. They were prompt in responding and quickly replaced the right product as soon as possible. Great quality of material and product actually.

When I received my iPhone case, the outside colour was correct but the inside colour was absolutely not!!! I have sent to multiple emails asking what Toronto was going to do to fix this for 1.5 weeks now with no response. I will not purchase from here again and I do not recommend this product

Well their Customer service is non-existent! They sent me the wrong product a week late after having paid for expedited shipping. Still no response after several emails... I'm stuck having paid $100+ for a product I can't even use.
