I ordered a tan iPhone 14 leather case. I received a dark brown instead. I messaged them about the mistake and have not heard anything back from them. Unless they respond and correct their mistake I will not be able to recommend this company.

The phone case does not close right the magnet is not working ok mso mad I psyedthat much $ the quality is perfect the look is beautiful but it just won't close right I love how quick it came plz send replacement

Apart from confirmation that the order has been received ~I have had no notification about the delivery. I was invited to download a shopping app which I refused and the FedEx link did not work. I am still awaiting delivery despite my order being placed and payment made on 30th July

This was my second order. Ordered iPhone case and incorrect item was sent. Repeatedly phoned, attempted chat, sent emails with no response. Left multiple messages. Only seeking an item exchange.

This was my second purchase, first one worked very well. Got a new iPhone 17 pro and transferred 4 cards and 3 paper money bills and could not get wallet to close. Had to take out the money and 1 card to close. Will not work for me.

I purchased a folding card holder and received something completely different from what I ordered. The chat feature on the website does not work. There is no phone number on the website to call the company, and the return information given out on the website is worthless. They provide an email address to request a refund but it has been three days as of today Friday 7 August and I have not received any feedback. I need to return the item for a refund or exchange for the correct item.

I ordered a phone case over a month ago. FedX apparently lost it in Memphis. They can’t get in touch with the company so that a claim can be put in place. I can’t get in touch with the company despite repeated attempts. Yet they are sending me e-mails asking for a review and a rating of their product. I can’t rate the product because I can’t get it. But I CAN rate the customer service: it’s horrific. So now I will spend an hour or so of my time trying to get a refund from Amex.
