Hello Thái, We understand your frustration, but we must clarify that TopupVn.com operates under a strict, automated, and pre-agreed system to protect both buyers and sellers. According to our official 5. Error Report System which every user agrees to before purchasing: 1. Click [REPORT] within 10 minutes: If you encounter any product errors, you are required to click the [REPORT] button located at the bottom of your order. This button is only active for 10 minutes immediately after your purchase. 3. Liability Exemption: Once this time window closes, the system locks. We are completely exempt from liability for any claims made beyond this limit, as the funds are automatically disbursed to the third-party seller. Since you did not click the [REPORT] button to freeze the transaction within the 10-minute window, your order was automatically finalized. If you missed the timer, we still provide a solution through our 🛠️ Advanced Support (Fees Apply). You can request manual intervention and in-depth assistance by submitting a ticket here: https://topupvn.com/support-requests. We cannot break our system rules for manual chat requests, but you are welcome to use the official Advanced Support link. Best regards, TopupVn Support Team

Hello, We strictly reject this misleading review. Every transaction on our platform is governed automatically by our public Terms of Service to ensure fairness for both buyers and sellers. Here is the verifiable truth regarding your order: User Error & Closed Window: Our system features an automated Error Report System. If a product has an issue, buyers must click the [REPORT] button within 10 minutes to instantly freeze the seller's payout. In your case, you failed to maintain the report status/missed the timer, which triggered the system to automatically release the funds to the seller. Advanced Support Policy: Once funds are automatically disbursed to the seller's balance, the site no longer holds your money. The "Manual Ticket" (Advanced Support) is a dedicated, optional service requiring technical log extraction and manual administrative intervention to claw back funds from external sellers. This fee covers the manual labor for out-of-warranty disputes and is clearly detailed in our terms. No Support Abuse Tolerated: Our support team provided exact references to the rules you agreed to upon account creation. Instead of cooperating with the official resolution procedure, you chose to insult our support staff and spread defamatory claims across external channels. As a result of violating our community guidelines and terms of service, your account has been permanently suspended. We operate strictly by our documented regulations and will not be coerced by false reviews.

Hello Masala Lex, we are deeply sorry to hear about your experience with this order. To protect your interests and help you recover your funds, please review the system guidelines and follow the steps below: 1. System Standard Operating Procedure: According to Section 5 of our Terms of Service (Error Report System), if a product is faulty, buyers must click the [REPORT] button at the bottom of the order within 10 minutes to freeze the funds. Because this automatic window has closed and the system has locked, standard automated liability exemption has applied. 2. How to Recover Your Funds Via Advanced Support: Since your case involves a complex issue (non-working credentials and the seller demanding an additional $50), it requires manual intervention from our administration team. Please submit a formal recovery request through our Advanced Support channel (fees apply) here: 👉 https://topupvn.com/support-requests Our technical support team will extract server logs, investigate the seller, and work to claw back your $125. This dedicated manual channel yields a high refund success rate for fraud-related disputes. 3. Contact Support for Further Guidance: Once you have submitted your request at the link above, or if you need step-by-step guidance on how to proceed, please click the blue chat bubble icon located at the bottom right corner of the website screen to connect directly with a support agent. We take seller fraud very seriously and are fully committed to resolving this issue and protecting your assets.
