I really like the service. They are fast. I send top-ups to Accra Ghana. To ensure that it is a legitimate transaction they check the transaction. Sometimes I get a pending notification so that check let's me know that Top-up is legit.

Their service is excellent. Also, the customer service is amazing. They get back to you promptly and help you resolve any issues you might have. For example, I placed the wrong telephone company name, and I reached out for their assistance, and man, they were of great help! Thank you For your services!

Easy to use website, low service charge. Checks that the coorrect service provider is being used for the phone number toppped up. Edit 10/112022 This website has changed - for the worse. No personal phonebook. Dead links to top up. No Online support to rectify the problem. No longer recommended by me.

Hi, i find TopUp.com very reliable, a little expensive but trustworthy. They gave qn offer of 5% discount but it had a very fast expiry date so when i used it... not much later it had expired... A suggestion that it would be nice just to gain credits over time that could be used... a little like kobo bonus points or frequent flier points..... that possibly would give a fairer discount. Thanks.

I paid $7.82 but still my order is pending. It's been a day after I ordered a mobile load but it's still pending. I think they didn't process my order because it's always pending and it's been a day.
