Hello, Thank you for your feedback! The only charge we apply is a minimal transaction fee. Some of the operators to whom you send recharges could also charge a VAT, but unfortunately that is something we cannot control, as we have no control over the exchange rate, that is also imposed by the local operator. I never received the promised top-up and when I contacted the company they replied that they couldn't find any record of my account. How surprising. There are genuine reliable companies out there so do your research before paying out.

I was wondering how come this site has higher reviews. I received reply that if I don’t give my account details they will delete my review. Seriously so much plan into stealing peoples money. You already dealing with me and delaying my money and not giving all my money. I didn’t get wrong company. I got the right company and I won’t stop until you get close down.
