Worked with Mauwie . My rating and review is considerably influenced by past experiences with other shipping brokers. Which is to say that Top Star was not perfect but considering what a difficult business the auto transport (business)is, I think they did a great job. Their pricing was much better than I was getting from other brokers; granted this a deal which is heavily influenced by opportunity so it is likely that they were already going to SLC and the rest of the logistics cards all just fell together. They had originally told me that they were picking up my car on Thursday but when the driver was assigned he was in St Louis which is 20 hours away so Thursday turned into Friday. However Friday did work out and my car was the last to be loaded; first to be unloaded on Saturday so everything came together. Communication was not great but compared to past experiences it was pretty good. Car showed up in good condition.

He was swift and very good with communication in the process of delivery. I highly recommend their services.
