Top Nutrition Coaching (Thrive Health Holdings) is a personalized nutrition counseling platform dedicated to helping people flourish. Being healthy in the US is challenging given the lack of access to high quality, healthy food as well as the misinformation that persists around what is good for someone and for their body. Tovah is a great listener and is such a wealth of information for me. She has answered all of my questions, and I love that she can give me a science-backed answer. She is very encouraging, and that is what I need because I am struggling with this weight loss.

Reshawn was very knowledgeable on the various food choices that I can eat to fill any food deficits. Also, she did not judge what I was currently doing , but gave suggestions that are easy to follow and can be achieved at a gradual pace.

I loved my first session with Summa. I loved the fact she can listen to me carefully about all I have been going through and all first suggestions she gave me. I have good feelings of this is going to work well and I finally find the help I am looking for with her knowledge.
