Lack of information on both sides prompted speculation and disappointing last figures. Ending quote was 400.00 more than your first quote. I had to give up coverage for house contents and more to shave off the 400.00 so I can afford the policy. I am not pleased at all. Agent knew of my limit.

Simply dreadful. Tried to get a quote from Topline. I answered their questions - but nothing. Been waiting over a month for a quote - have tried calling and emailing , but nothing. Obviously do not want my business. Pity they do not have the good manners, or professionalism to say so. Have to wonder if they are like this to get a quote , how bad would they be in an event of a claim?

Thankfully, I have never had to file a claim. However, my contacts at TopLine were knowledgeable and showed great patience with my many questions and phone calls when I purchased my homeowners policy.
