Toolip has a lot of ISP proxies to choose from which is really helpful. Setting everything up was super easy and didn’t take much time. The dashboard is clear and simple so it’s great even if you’re new to this.

I've been using Toolip.io for my daily web scraping needs, particularly for gathering product and pricing data from e-commerce sites, and I have to say—I'm impressed. Their proxies deliver excellent performance and reliability. The ISP proxies I used handled bot defenses effectively, which is crucial for consistent scraping. What really stood out to me was their onboarding support—it was smooth, helpful, and made the whole setup process incredibly simple. Overall, Toolip.io offers some of the best proxies I've ever used, and I highly recommend them for anyone needing dependable scraping solutions.

My name is Andy, an e-commerce seller who operates multiple social media platforms. I purchased 5 ISP proxies on March 18, 2025. I plan to use them for Instagram, tiktok, and youtube. As I said, I rely on these social media platforms for traffic. When I tried to use these proxies to access social media platforms through a browser or Android emulator, there always seemed to be some speed issues. But I soon discovered that the problem was that Toolip blocked all of Google's top-level domains. As a result, necessary resources were blocked. So I couldn't use certain functions such as modifying information or uploading videos. I contacted official support and reported these issues and screenshots to them. However, the response I received did not mention the issues I raised. This shows that Toolip does not want to solve this problem. So I have to publish my real experience and the test results of toolip proxy here. I hope it will be helpful to everyone.

This platform is involved in fraud, you will never be able to contact customer service and deal with the problem, and they don't have a refund policy, so keep your eyes open!
