The items are dispatched from China which isn't made clear when ordering. The shoes I ordered were nice, but I ordered 2 pairs and they sent the wrong size in the 2nd pair. The customer service is abysmal. They eventually said they'd send a replacement but it's been 2 weeks since I heard that, and have had no confirmation if they have been sent, despite several chasing emails. I wouldn't order again.

The size 43 (should be a 9) fits small. Too small for my size 9 feet anyway. If you want to return this item, You have to pay to post it back to China before they refund you. I would recommend you buy from somewhere else.

I mistakenly didn't read the reviews here or I wouldn't have purchased from this site. The site said 1-3 days shipping therefore I didn't realise it was coming from China - so falsehoods on the site.... hence the 2 stars. I will write another review once I receive the goods but based on the reviews below, I need to get a plan B sorted post haste.
