This is my 3rd lock purchased in 5 years. first one stopped working and the second one was just taken (my fault). I felt good about my purchase and felt good about the product.

I had purchased a lock in the past and I think the battery just died because I didn't use and charge it properly. They were so quick, responsive and caring to ensure I got another lock quickly and it works great!
