This user has been harassing us nonstop, threatening to DDoS us and asking us to give him free stuff. EDIT: He has admitted he used a custom third-party software, which is detected by Discord, and that causes tokens to get disabled. All the tokens worked before and they got banned after he used them, as stated very clearly in terms that it's obviously not a valid reason to ask for replacement. but he doesn't care, he has been harassing us nonstop, threatening to DDoS us, and asking us to give him free stuff.
