Excellent problem-solvers in a very untidy space!

OMG> I would never have been able to deal with my crypto taxes without Token Tax. They made it SO easy to do my taxes. I will never go without using them. It's so important to use a specialist for crypto. If you don't file your tax reports to FBAR you can go to jail. Most accountants have no clue how to tally this stuff or file the proper reports. Don't chance it!

Communication has been slow. On their site they claim the average response time is 5 minutes but this is rarely the case. Sometimes they will read messages but not reply. For international clients outside of the USA they state they use the average cost method even though in my jurisdiction the FIFO method needs to be used. When I attempted to bring this to their attention they just said it is "standard accounting practice". Be careful before purchasing and ensure that their calculation method is compatible with your jurisdiction's tax code else you'll end up spending a lot of money on data that you can't use to file your tax returns.

Slow and inconsistent communication at the beginning but once the freight train picked up speed the final results were well worth it! Looking forward to our ongoing process and completion of 2020.
