Order Pending and No Answers
I placed an order on 26th of April and it is still pending, not even ready to be shipped yet. The ordered included a snow white dress for my daughter's 1st birthday, if the dress arrives it will be too late for the birthday. I tried to contact them by instagram and website and nobody answers anything.

Hello Livia, We are very sorry for the negative experience you have had so far with us, we checked your order and apparently it was delivered few days after your review.
