Hi John. Happy customers make us happy! Thanks so much for taking the time to share with us and for choosing Today Card for your credit card needs! We’re here if you ever need assistance. Your Today Card Team
I received a today card from my employer to collect my tip money from the restaurant I work at. I have been charged $2.50 every time I withdrawn my own hard earned money. The today card app customer service rep sent me a list of ATM locations that I would not be charged for withdrawing my own money. I went to three different locations on their list and the arms either don't exist or are out of order. This feels like a scam. I emailed them and they emailed back with the same fake list of atm locations and have not been reimbursed for my money lost, gas I wasted driving around along with time wasted and stress and inconvience of this. They said the list of atms gets updated but it's been almost 6 months and no update yet so there's another lie. No real human being has called me to discuss this and resolve the issue. This today card app should not be trusted or even exist. Feels to me if this goes on any longer there is a lawsuit here that needs to be executed. Emailing customers does not work. Speaking to the customer on the phone with proper solution of reimbursement or updated atms would be the best and only way to handle this. You can reach out to me anytime but to only speak to me over the phone as these automated emails are insulting and frankly should be illegal unless the replied email has a simple and clear solution and reimbursement of funds included

Hi Aaron, I'm sorry you've had a bad experience, but you've reached the wrong company. There is a payment card called "Today" from the company Today Financial by XTM Inc. for employees in the restaurant/hospitality industry. If you are having a tip out issue, you'll need to contact them for resolution. Our company is "Today Card®" and our product is the Today Card® Mastercard® credit card which does not have a tip out function. We hope this clears up any confusion! Your Today Card Team

The card is a good card, but you shod be able to draw money at atm's. That's the only dislike I have.
