Hi Jessica, We’re sorry to hear about your experience. To clarify, we haven’t had any maintenance events that would take customer VPSs offline — our core router updates last month caused less than 30 seconds of total downtime, and your VPS itself has been continuously online since. If you're having issues, please do reach out to us! We also never share customer information. The only emails sent after signup are the order confirmation (which includes a Trustpilot review invite) and standard service notifications.
