TLC Home InspectionsReviews of tlcinspectors.com

I was very pleased with the inspection from start to finish. The inspector came within the time given on a Saturday. He inspected the outside of the house thoroughly, then the inside, and took measurements. He explained well and showed me along the way. I received my report hours later.

Quick response and availability to provide their service. Very thorough and well organized report. Highly recommend.

Clay at TLC Home Inspections is my go-to inspector, not only for my real estate clients but also for my own home! As a real estate agent, I’ve worked with several inspectors over the years, and Clay truly stands in a league of his own. His inspections are thorough, his reports are exceptionally detailed, and every issue is clearly documented in a way that’s easy for homeowners, builders, and construction managers to understand and address. One thing I especially appreciate is the quality of his reports and the credibility they carry with builders. His findings are professional, well-supported, and presented in a way that helps get issues resolved efficiently. TLC’s thousands of positive reviews speak for themselves, and my personal experiences only reinforce their reputation. If you’re looking for an inspector who delivers quality, efficiency, responsiveness, and professionalism without cutting corners, Clay at TLC Home Inspections is the one to call. I trust him with my clients’ homes, and I trust him with my own. That says it all!
