I was not looking for an alarm system but I was approached from the street at my house. Bated in by the no cost scam! Next thing I know they wanted to charge me somewhere around $80.00 a Month for 5 years! also I was told their system was an elaborate system very expensive and I looked it up I could get the entire system for under $400.00. This is a long story so I'm not going to add all the complaints because there's a lot of them. Bottom line is they don't keep their word. I was told I wasn't going to get billed until after the equipment was installed but they're already charging me and I haven't got my equipment yet. They conveniently can't find the recorded call where I was told that I wasn't supposed to get billed until after it was installed on the 14th of this month and that I signed the contract so basically too bad for me. Today is the 12th and the billing came in about a week ago. How can they charge for equipment and service that I don't have yet! Their not honest and they don't care about their customers it's all for them.
