Do not go with this alarm company. They will raise your bill anytime they want without any notice. Very poor customer service. I tired to get info on why the raise there rates and all you get is read your contract . Stay away from this alarm company!!!

DO NOT GET TITANIUM!! ITS BEEN A NIGHT MARE EVER SENCE WE EVEN ACCEPTED THEM AS OUR SECURITY COMPANY,, AND AFTER WE CANCELED!! THEY ARE TAKEING MONEY OUT OF OUR ACCOUNT WITH OUT AUTHORIZATION!! STELLING FROM US.. ITS TIME TO GET A LAWYER NOW. AND THEY STATE TITANIUM WILL GET THERE MONEY AS IF THEY HAVE SOME KIND OF LUPE HOLE THEY CAN ACCESS PEOPLE'S ACCOUNTS WITH OUT PERMISSION...

Sales reps will tell you whatever they need to tell you (I was lied to) to get your signature all the way up to the training mgr Adonis, who scammed me with his promises of aid when needed then bailed. There install techs are great people (if/when they get scheduled an install), only seemingly good people, but they don't trust the company or the reps. The home office staff can be rude, unprofessional. If you have an equipment issue or anything else on the weekend and call in for support....you're on your own, no staff. What you will get is an answering service that can do nothing but apologise. Slow to respond to emails. Do ask for a name when you call, should you need to refer to them again, you'll get silence and no answer. Knowing what I know now....I wanna trade it all for a guard cat.

Came to door and said they could set up system for a curtain price but when we got the bill it was different.So we cancelled them.They left their equipment at our house for a year. Then they came back & took back there equipment.Then I find out they decided I owe them a thousand dollars and put out a bad credit report on me I never got bill.They are crooks do not buy from them spare your self the trouble.I give them a big negative.
