The customer service is horrible. When you have an issue with the equipment and need a technician to come out it takes weeks but your still paying your monthly payment which sucks. Do not recommend this company it's horrible.

This company is absolutely disgusting and you should in no way want to use their services. They practice predatory behavior and show absolutely no empathy towards their customers or situations. This company is incredibly misleading and their “sales reps” make it seem like you can get out of a contract whenever. I was forced out of my home due to a violent crime and they still over a year later continue to gauge me for money and now are raising their rates with no warning. This is a horrible company and I highly suggest giving legit security companies your money not this fraudulent wannabe.

I would never ever ever go to this company again DO NOT DO IT. You will regret every bit of it I’ve been waiting 3 months for my equipment and still waiting April would be 4 months. Technician come and don’t have all the equipment to install so they make another date you call customer service they don’t know nothing about the date that was scheduled. So full of it. I repeat do not do it you will regret it

Not very happy with this company. Camera not working and now they tell me I have to pay for a another monthly fee for a service. They should of told me when I signed the contract.

billing department is a joke. I have been dealing with this horrible company since 2019 and the only reason why I still am a active customer is because of the contract I was tricked into signing. I am on manual billing and yet this company keeps charging my card fraudulent and without being unauthorized. They tell me they are deleting my payment info and never do and when you call for help you get the run around. I have to talk to several people to get reimbursed. This has happened about 5 times

Very rude disrespect no manner they take long to fix anything and they don't call u for anything and they wait 3mo to said that u old them 3mo when they take out the payment from my bank account and shout u off for no reason

DON'T DO IT! The system doesn't work, it takes them a month to send a service technician and even they can't get the system to work. They have you sign a docu sign document and in very small lettering it says you have three days to cancel. I called on day 15 because it wasn't working and wanting to get out of my contract and I'm stuck with them! They had me sign a document to cancel my previous alarm system and they never sent it! It's now February and I still don't have an alarm system that I'm paying for.

I just had the worst experience ever with this company they had a young man in my area walked up to me as I had a repair man fixing my Garage door and my fiance just had came home from having heart repair surgery and he told us that his company was giving a promotion for our area and offered us the alarm for our home for free if we just put the sign in the yard and refer others about the product we only had to pay for monitoring and could cancel at any time. What got me as well was the keyring device for her if I wasn't home and she had another heart problem and no contract cause we are only renting the house and could cancel when and if we moved. And they would give us 3 day's to try it and cancel but what they did was put up 1 of the 2 cameras and said they would bring the other the next day so you have already lost 1 day and when you call them to cancel on the 3rd day they tell you that you signed a contract that you never seen or signed. But what the did was had you to docusign and that's how the get your signature and placed it on a contract that you latter fine out when you try to cancel the worthless system. This has turned into a disaster but don't give up trying to get out of this contract there has to be someone that can help us.
