BUYER BEWARE!

BUYER BEWARE!! I don’t leave reviews often, but I have had two terrible experiences with Titan’s products and customer service. If I could, I would leave ZERO stars. First incident: I purchased the Titan XL tub and chiller in December 2024. After following the setup guide the tub looked fine. Before ever using it, I filled it with water and discovered a slow air leak at one of the seams. This event made me question the quality of the product so I tried to use the “return policy.” Titan refused to accept a full return because the tub showed “signs of use.” All I did was fill it with water! After a ton of back and forth emails, they finally sent me a new tub and claimed to extend my warranty. Although still dissatisfied with the huge hassle, I decided to settle. Second Incident: Recently the water pump started to make pulsing sounds and eventually stopped working. I emailed the company seeking a warranty replacement. They claimed that the warranty extension was for the tank, and that my pump options are to 1) repair for a fee or 2) get a new unit. Now I’m faced with an expensive pump replacement for a tub that I don’t even want anymore. Additional quality issues: The plastic connectors have failed multiple times, the on/off valves for the water valves have broken on four separate occasions, and the lid still leaks air. The following statement is my perception of Titan, based on my own experience with the company. If you decide to buy from Titan, I hope and pray that you get a functional product on the first attempt. If anything goes wrong, don’t expect them to stand behind their product at all… it seems like they are only in it for a quick sell. **EDIT** After submitting my post, Titan tried to have the post removed for “harmful or illegal content.” Fortunately, TrustPilot did not allow that to happen. That said, customers should also beware of the potential for inflated online reviews. **Reponse to Titan’s comments** The product was a Christmas present, which is why the leak wasn’t immediately reported… it was sitting unopened until the gift could be received (this was also explained to your customer service department). When all this happened you still marketed a “100-day return policy” anyways, so it shouldn’t have mattered. Regarding the replacement tub, thanks (I guess). You only did it after a number of back and forth emails/calls, where you continuously refused my attempt to do a full return. I stand by my review, as it reflects my honest opinions. If anyone gets this far in my review, I encourage you to check Reddit for additional reviews.

We strongly dispute the accuracy of this review. You purchased your system in December 2024 and did not report the tub issue until nearly a month later. When you contacted us, you refused to provide the simple video documentation requested by our support team and declined to cooperate with the normal warranty claim process. Despite this, we replaced the tub at no charge as a goodwill gesture. At the time of purchase, the system included a 1-year warranty, and we have no record of any additional warranty extension beyond that coverage. Most recently, you contacted us regarding a pump issue. Our team responded and provided service options, but shortly after receiving the service invoice, this review was posted. The claim that we do not stand behind our products is simply not true. We previously replaced your tub at our expense and responded to your recent support request. As evidenced by our many positive customer reviews and thousands of satisfied customers nationwide, we work hard to provide quality products and responsive customer service. While we understand that not every situation results in agreement, the statements made in this review do not accurately reflect the facts of this matter or our commitment to our customers.
