Easy website for ordering and purchasing. Delivery was on the scheduled day. A complete success.

Competitive prices on some offerings but not the best customer service plus their point system doesn't allow me to actually use all my points unless I spread it out throughout multiple separate orders even after getting in touch with their representatives, that and other instances of issues with orders and delays is why I have opted for other options nowadays.

I’m still waiting for my order to be shipped a whole week and still nothing

It was 18 days between placing the order and recieving shipping notice. However, we are at day 19 and the shipment is still not in the hands of Fedex. If you really need something give yourself a solid month.

A major chain retailer didn't have a choice bourbon I was looking for so I ordered it on Tipxy. It arrived on time, carefully packaged to avoid damage, and in great condition to give as a gift.

My order arrived in tack and in a reasonable delivery time.
