1) J'ai acheté une licence à vie et on m'informe par mail que je serai facturé d'une période d'essai alors que je j'ai acheté le produit sans essai. 2) le produit est mauvais en soi sur la partie pour laquelle je l'ai acheté: amélioration de la qualité video et suppression des incrustations. Aucun effet. Les produits gratuits en ligne font mieux

I had a problem and I got really quickly support. The program control is really intuitive.

Have had software since 2015 Had issues with with the new registration process. Irene was able to correct the issue.

I use the Video Recording feature regularly and have found it to be awesome. Tipard is constantly improving and adding newer features, making user experience extremely pleasant. I must also add that their Customer Support is highly responsive and honestly tries to resolve your queries
