The company was super responsive when I reached out for assistance with the no-water toilet we were buying for our remote cabin. Incredibly helpful and patient as I asked a lot of questions.

Fast delivery. No issues. My error that I thought a battery came with it. I wish that fact was in the description so others don't misunderstand. Beautiful product, no regrets!
