My husband came in a few days ago. He got his whole truck tinted along with the windshield strip done and spent well over $200. I came in a few days ago. For just a strip on my windshield. They offered to tint the windshield as well. So I ended up getting both done. My husband had an appt within 4 days to have his windshield done, because he liked how mine looked. And they told him they would Charge him to remove the strip. In order to do windshield..However, they NEVER once mentioned the windshield getting tinted to him the first time. As much as he spent that's Not how you do business! Especially when he was going to spend even more money on tinting the windshield. I thought that was just wrong!

We had a new satellite radio installed by TintWorld in January 2016. The price for installation seemed reasonable (approx $125 ). That is, until we drove it home only to find out that the radio reception was complete static. We tried several different stations than what they had programmed but nothing worked. We called them and they gladly took it back in to look at it. Then proceeded to tell us that it really wouldn't work properly without another part which cost an additional $150 (part+installation). Now that we had already paid over $100 to have it installed, we were faced with additional $150 to actually get it to work correctly?! They knew this additional part was needed but charged us $125 to have it installed anyway. They let us drive off the lot knowing we needed that additional part. We did not pay the additional money to get it to work properly BUT had to now pay to have it removed!!! This business let us pay $200 to install AND remove a new satellite radio only to put our old one back in that worked fine! Very unprofessional and very telling. To be fair, the owner didn't charge us the full price of the removal but I think since it was his employees fault to begin with, we shouldn't have paid anything to have it removed. Either the person who committed to the work didn't know what he was committing too (the owner's responsibility as well) or he didn't care. Either way, extremely disappointing. I would not use this business again. If the owner really cared about repeat business or satisfied customers, he would insure the work was either done to our satisfaction or not charge us for removing what should never have been installed in the first place.
