Hi Vida, We truly apologize that you had a bad experience when using our service. Our call center is having some technical problems so you cannot directly call us. We hope this would not cause much inconvenience to you. Because we are having a flood of orders and also carrier's facility has been overloaded, your order need more time than usual for delivery. We understand this must be a disappointment but rest assured that we did not expect this to happen. We hope that you can sympathize and be patient with us.

Hi Dion, I'd like to apologize for the communication breakdown. We are not currently accepting phone calls, but we can certainly support you via email in a timely manner. Typically, the confirmation will be sent immediately after you have made the payment. And emails reminding you that you left something in your cart may be sent if you logged into the same account on two different devices. We regret that the item is being manufactured after 24 hours and it is made-to-order so we are able to cancel it for you. We highly appreciate your understanding in this matter.
