Have had minimal contact with TSC or the legal firm supporting my effort to shed this time share burden. At the moment, I am hoping that no news is good news and to remain patient with the process which appears to be a long affair.

The people are very friendly and make you feel good about hiring them to clean up a nightmare with your timeshare. I am happy with the Timeshare Compliance group.

We initially were told to expect the process to take 6 months. As that time drew closer, we were told it might take the whole year of the contract. As the contract time came to a close, we were asked to extend the contract to 18 months. Being so far into it, we did and were happy to hear near the close that TSC had been successful in terminating our contract with Diamond International. We did check into a few other companies during this time and learned that most required an initial contract of 18 months to complete the process. Had this been our expectation at the onset we might have had a better experience. For us, the experience was nerve-wracking because of the initial expectation vs what transpired. However, we are grateful for the outcome and TSC assistance in persisting on our behalf.

IT SEEMS TO HAVE TAKEN MUCH LONGER THAN DISCUSSED.

We knew we wanted to get out of our timeshare because of the increasing cost of maintenance fees and the fraudulent information we were given by our resort. Timeshares Compliance “TSC” reached out to us via phone and offered to help us with canceling our timeshare. This was in December 2017. We paid TSC fees within 90 days without having to finance it. As of today our timeshare has not been canceled. Our contract states TSC has up to 18 months to cancel our timeshare which will be June 2019. We are praying that TSC will have our contracts cancel by June 2019. TSC has done a wonderful job with protecting our credit throughout this entire process. Our timeshare resort doesn’t call us, however, they do send the monthly invoices with late fees. At present, it’s hard to rate this company because our resort has not been canceled and this is our first time using this company. TSC is in contact with us. Meanwhile, we are still waiting for THE phone call as well as something in writing to inform us that our contracts have been canceled. Until then, we need TSC services with canceling our timeshare. Once our resort has been canceled it definitely would be easier to give TSC the 5 stars in their rating. This is true and fair because you cannot rate services from any company that’s incomplete!

so far to this date everything is going as planned, once this process is complete and I no longer have the time share,that has been a total burden to myself and my family, timeshare compliance will receive 20 stars.
