Sometime very difficult to contact. Leave lots of messages. Eventually they will get back.

Thank you for the recommendation and for leaving a review Linda. Congrats on your freedom! Rachel
In the beginning they told us it would take 18-22 months. After 20 months Timeshare Compliance (TC) was able to get us out of our time share. At first we were sceptical and my wife worried they would not be able to perform what they said they could do. TC was able to walk us through the process and supplied verbal support through phone calls whenever we had question. We appreciate all the hard work they performed on our behalf. Thank you very much. -Ryan L. Katy,TX.

Ryan & Katy, thank you for taking the time to leave us a 5 star review. We appreciate your patience, trust and faith throughout the process. Congrats on your victory! Rachel
The timeshare I owned felt like a gorilla on my back. I worried that if anything happened to me, my son's would be strapped with an expense that they could not afford. The process of getting out of the timeshare was expensive, but Timeshare Compliance did answer all of my questions and kept me informed throughout the process. When they received their last payment, I was issued a letter that released me from any future communication or payment to the timeshare I owned. It is a pleasure to have that off my back.

Thank you for the 5 stars Judith, we really appreciate it. We are happy to get that gorilla off your back! Congrats on your new found freedom! Rachel
I do not feel they stayed on top of everything. We were shuffled through several different people and the ball was dropped. I did not feel that there was timely communication between timeshare compliance, the lawyer and the timeshare.

Debora, we appreciate your honesty and for taking the time to leave a review. To clarify our process, the updates from the attorney solely depend upon the developer. If the developer is being stubborn and takes two months to respond to your attorney, updates will take longer. We are currently implementing a strategy that will improve this. We greatly appreciate your patience with the process and for seeing it through to the end. Congrats on your victory! Thank you, Rachel

Waaaooooooo! An outstanding performance by Timeshare Compliance! My nightmares were gone as soon as my case was settled, and after the burden of a dirty deal that was shoved down my throat was destroyed. They are capable of finding the best lawyers to take your case!
