I’ll give these guys a four star rating never really had an issue with customer support. They always got back to me. I’m glad they got the shipping situation situated as for me I just wish the pull rates were better. Could just be my luck one day I hope to get big.

it is a very innovative and option rich tcg platform compared to the long list of others. Customer support gets back to you in minutes which was a bit shocking. I cashed out 10+ my first time.

Been a good experience so far. Love the free daily packs but majority of rips are below what you pay for. Still fun

Love Tilt Rips! Only issue is with shipping. Slow but steady.

Good UI, hit rates seem good enough. Would love to have some more transparency on what exact card I pulled when there are several iterations of the same art style for that Pokemon.

Fun pack opening and unique compared to other pack openers. Would give it 5, but sometimes pay outs are slow, shipping takes a while. Plus after hitting a decent payout seems the house advantage has taken over.

I would like to update my review. Support contacted me to inquire about how they could make my customer experience better. Jeff was quick to respond to my feedback and really made me feel like perhaps I'd judged just a little too quickly. I appreciate your time and your attentiveness to make me have a more positive experience using your platform. I was highly disappointed because I signed up for Tiltrips and was unable to deposit and buy my first pack until the following day. I went to use the promo code to get a free pack with my first purchase and was unable to. I contacted support and was told since I didn't deposit within the first 24 hours after signup, I wasn't eligible for the free promotional pack. I was kind of just disappointed.
