When our initial order was shipped, there were several bulbs that were damaged in transit. Tiger Supplies stepped up to the plate and replaced the damaged merchandise in a timely fashion, without any hassles. I purchase a product on their mobile site, received errors and no confirmation. Went to amazon and purchased product for cheaper. Sent an email to cancel my order but never received anything back. I didn't want two products but I got two. Ended up working out because of multiple locations but this site needs work and better customer service with emails sent.
