When things are well there generally isn't much to say. Bang for the buck as they say is great. Everything has been timely. Prices are real good in comparison to others. I can't tell you about customer service because I have never needed it. And I guess that is another good sign.

I have no complaints with Tiger Medical as they were easy to deal with and I was surprised at how fast my product arrived.

Low price on a bath lift, just days to deliver, easy to assemble and operate too!

I called Tiger Medical after foot surgery. I needed a knee walker and I needed it quickly. I was not able to get one locally, I checked Google and decided to call Tiger Medical. They were courteous and friendly. I placed my order for a PURPLE KNEE WALKER, and told them of my problem. The gentleman I spoke to took my info and said he would do what he could. I got my walker the next day....the BEST price and no shipping! Tiger Medical is the BEST!!

The service was fast and professional. The products are excellent quality. My refund on a product I returned (only to upgrade to something else) was a bit delayed, but was taken care of as soon as I emailed and called them.

I literally had a horrible experience with a brand new bath lift from another company. With the first ever lift from the tub it broke and dropped me. And I was stranded in the tub. I only weigh 138 pounds of which it was suppose to have lifted 300 pounds. So I was extremely apprehensive about getting another one. But I talked to the representative from Tiger Medical for a while. We talked about the fear and anxiety of using a bath lift. He was able to talk about different options for me. And that I should give another style of bath lift a try. I ordered right away. I used it and love it. I never have a problem with the bath lift from Tiger Medical. Thank you so much. It greatly improved my quality of being able to do my activities of daily living.
